Individuals, couples, and families encounter challenges in life that can be difficult to manage. I like to assist others in effectively understanding themselves, others, and the world in which we live. I assist clients’ in further developing their coping skills and developing manners to regulate their emotions, behaviors, thoughts, and interpersonal skills to become more effective. If my clients’ seek to integrate their spirituality and faith into the counseling process, I welcome the opportunity. I provide counseling services in English and Spanish.

Ella Siebers, Therapy Dog (in training)

What does a therapy dog do?

A therapy dog improves your health by providing emotional support. Therapy dogs are trained to provide comfort to people other than their owners or handlers. That could mean visiting a variety of places where people need support, such as hospitals, schools, hospices, nursing homes, disaster areas, or in this case in therapy sessions.
